The confirmation and completion of all the product orders will be subjected to product availability and quality parameters. House of Amoda never compromises the quality, and hence will not intentionally send damaged products, even if they are displayed over the website.

If your order is not delivered due to any reason, we will refund the full order amount within a period of 15 calendar days after the order is cancelled. House of Amoda is partnered and registered with India’s best delivery companies. No one out of this created network will be delivering any of the orders – locally, domestically, and internationally.
The orders made within India shall be delivered within a period of 2 to 8 working days, whereas the international order shall take up to 7 to 15 working days. Pre-orders’ delivery time will be within 40 days.
Note: Weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and National/Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
All the customers will be able to see the final shipping rates at the time of Checkout, once after you provide the delivery address for any order. The shipping charges will vary for the international order deliveries, which will depend on the product, its size, weight, country of the delivery address, etc.
Note: Shipping is free for local & domestic orders. *However, it may be the case when you may need to purchase an order or orders worth a minimum amount asked to avail the free deliveries.

We offer free standard shipping on all products within India.
We ship our products globally too and at a flat rate calculated by weight for different geographical zones. The details are given below.

● 0.6 – 1.5 kg → USA + rest of world USD $20 / UK £16
● 1.6 – 4 kg → USA + rest of world USD $30 / UK £24
● 4.1 – 7.5 kg → USA + rest of world USD $70 / UK £56
● 7.5 kg+ → FREE

Duties and Taxes for Foreign Orders
Orders made at House of Amoda do not include any obligations, duties, Tax expenses for any order made from the foreign country. All these additional charges, if applicable by the custom officers, may be well and truly beyond any postage charges paid at the checkout. Most nations charge obligations on imported items which are normally applied at port entry. These charges differ based on the country the item is delivered to. Foreign customers are required to pay the material obligations and duties straightforwardly taxes and duties to the shipping office (DHL, FedEx, etc.) after getting an invoice receipt from one of them.
All the orders will be processed and commenced from our warehouse in Ahmedabad, India and will be delivered only to the mentioned address at the time of order checkout.
The processed orders can be tracked using the tracking number, aka the consignment number on the shipping agency’s website. You will receive an email from us once the order is shipped. This mail will contain the tracking ID and details of the URL where you can track your orders. Delivery Failure Due to Non-availability The delivery attempt will be made for a maximum of three times. If you do not respond or the delivery fails due to unavailability (of any recipient) at the expected delivery address, the product will be returned to us. For efficient deliveries, it is more important that you check before confirming the complete delivery address, with PIN CODE/MOBILE NUMBER every time you complete the checkout process.
