Return and Condition

Our team is happy if you are happy and hence we have constructed a return/replacement/refund policy that is customer-centric.

In any case, if you are not satisfied with the delivered product, kindly send us an email at “email for returns” (within 5 days of receiving the product) with details about the following:

  • Your full name
  • Order ID/Number
  • Date of order
  • A valid reason for the return

Note that the return will be accepted if the tags are not removed and the product is not used and damaged with stains, wear and tear.

Once the ordered item is returned, the team will check and credit the same amount on your account so that you can buy another item. This credit will be eligible to be used for 12 months max from the date of issue.

For replacement, the return procedure must be completed first. We will allow a replacement of any product with the same order value or higher.

Return and replacement will not be applicable to the items on SALE.

Order Return will not be eligible if,

    • any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
    • or any item not been acknowledged within 5 days by Email
    • or returned more than 12 days after delivery.
    • or the item is on sale

Product Damage

If you find the delivered product to be damaged, we request you to let us know ASAP (within 2 days of the delivery) and initiate a return as per the aforementioned procedure. The team will perform the checks, repair it, and will send it back. The shipping cost of returning the item will be borne by the customer. We will bear the expenses of the transit of the product post repair.

Repair

Our products are hand-crafted and in case the product has manufacturing damage, the repairs will take a bit longer than normal. It will take a period of 7 days to 30 days to repair the product and send it back to you. House of Amoda will bear the expenses of product repair and transit. Shipping return will be on you.

Alteration

Comfort is the key in wearing any product and we also understand that. It brings sheer pride to our team that the clothing range we manufacture is elegant, stylish, and comfortable to wear.

However, every individual has a unique body shape and type and hence we do offer alterations to provide the best comfort, in case you don’t want your local tailor to do it for you. Kindly write to us at houseofamoda@email.com in case you need any customizations with the purchased product.

To avoid delays, we request you to buy the products in the most suitable sizes. For alteration, we request you to return the product within 15 days of the delivery. The altered products will not be applicable to replacements or turned back to the original condition to avoid back and forth. Alteration of any product will take 10-15 days and is applied only for items that do not fall into the category of Discounted products/sales.
