The agreement here, where it is about the legal relationship between House of Amoda and you, is architectured and constructed as per the laws of India. Any dispute between the two of us shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Ahmedabad. Whether the dispute is due to the usage or your activity on the website due to validity, interpretation, implementation, or breach of any provision of the Terms & Conditions and/or Privacy Policy, or anything else.
You shall be obliged to pay the payment fees and that shall not be suspended at any point in time in case of a postponement or pendency of such proceedings.
